The Role: Supported by a Junior Property Manager to assist with leasing, open inspections, applications, and references, this position allows you to focus on managing a well-maintained portfolio of 190 properties. Your daily responsibilities will include: Consistently deliver top-tier services to both owners and tenants Coordinate ingoing and outgoing inspections as required Addressing escalated repair issues Managing rent increases Resolve escalated complaints No leasing, no weekend work, and no accounts, with a neat and organized portfolio to manage!
