Your Role: Manage a portfolio with full support from a dedicated Property Officer who handles lettings and outgoings. Lead and train your Property Officer to help them grow into a Property Manager. Correspond with landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional service. Handle repairs and maintenance coordination. Support ingoing and routine inspections (outsourced but you’re involved in overseeing). Qualifications: COR, valid driver’s license, and car. Attitude: A problem-solver who thrives in a busy environment and loves providing top-notch customer service. Team Player: You’ll be working closely with a team of 3 Property Officers, 4 Property Managers, a BDM, and the Head of PM. Collaboration is key!
