We are looking for someone with exceptional client care and customer service to join a high-profile department and manage a streamlined portfolio. Working alongside your own Junior Property Manager & Leasing Consultant Monday to Friday, your duties will include but not be limited to: Managing 200 properties all based locally to the Sutherland Shire Engaging in communication with both owners and tenants, including on-site meetings when necessary Facilitating lease renewal negotiations Managing rental arrears Issuing notices to tenants Attending tribunal proceedings Delivering outstanding customer service The Candidate: At least 4 years experience working as a Senior Property Manager A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License Exceptional organizational and time management skills A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed Experience in building and maintaining relationships To Apply: Please call Vanessa Necovski on 0401 744 636 for more information or email your CV to .
