The Support Officer is part of a small team coordinated by the Team Leader, Episcopal Services. The Support Officer provides a wide range of administration support to the Office of the Archbishop, particularly for the Vicar General, Office of the Vicar General, including Visa support and event coordination. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Office of the Archbishop. Assist the Vicar General with Visa support and event coordination. Qualifications: Certificate IV in Office Administration or equivalent. Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administration role. Excellent word processing and IT skills. Strong organisational and communication skills for dealing with internal and external contacts. High level of confidentiality and ability to work as part of a team.
