Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, including discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and networking. Enterprise Sales: Sell to CMOs, Heads of Insights, and key decision-makers at major consumer brands. Consultative Selling: Uncover business challenges, tailor solutions, and guide clients through a value-driven sales process. Client Engagement: Mix of remote and in-person sales, with an emphasis on strategic client meetings. Sales Strategy & Ownership: Work directly with leadership to refine and execute sales strategies as we expand across APAC. Qualifications: 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS or B2B sales experience, with a strong closing track record. Enterprise sales experience: particularly in complex deal cycles. Hunter mentality: with a proactive, self-motivated approach to driving new business. Strong business acumen and ability to sell to senior executives. Resilient and adaptable in a fast-moving startup environment. Curious and resourceful , with the ability to navigate ambiguity and think outside the box.
