Job Description

Sales Account Executive (Staffing / Technical / ERP) Looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive (Staffing / Technical / ERP) to join our Team! Bayforce has a national account base so no non-compete issues! The position is currently full-time remote, however 1-2 days per week in a local office will be required as the market you are in matures. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for Technical / ERP / SAP / Oracle / Cloud staffing services within assigned markets. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions with an emphasis on ERP. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of staffing services. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-8 years of Sales experience in the IT staffing industry (holding a quota) - must have specific experience with sales within Staffing / Recruiting in the Technical Business Vertical. 1+ year of AE experience with SAP/ERP or Cloud services is a plus. 4-year college degree in business or a related degree preferred. Minimum of 500+ connections on LinkedIn. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task while being detail-oriented as well as effectively prioritize. Strong work ethic with desire to learn and grow within the organization. Must have strong experience with MS Office tools. Salesforce CRM is a plus. Must be willing to travel to meet non-local customers on occasion. Pluses: Understanding of other ERPs like Oracle, Cloud concepts. Knowledge of sales support tools like Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Who Are We?
