Sales Admin Executive (Property Developer) Add expected salary to your profile for insights. Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operation of Credit & Sales Administration functions, ensuring prompt payment by liaising with purchasers, lawyers, and bankers. Monitor and coordinate on SPA, loan arrangements, collections, documentation of progressive billings, VP, and issuance of strata title, loan progress. Keep track of collections and resolve debtor issues. Attend to purchaser enquiries and complaints. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales transactions and customer details in the system. Prepare collection reports. Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the property development industry. Good technical knowledge of Sales Admin and AR matters. Ability to liaise and correspond with lawyers, bankers, and purchasers on matters related to sales admin activities. Familiarity with IFCA Developer system and Excel spreadsheet. Must be a self-starter and independent with a pleasant attitude. Preferably have knowledge in processing agreements (Sales, Purchase, and Loan) and able to answer enquiries. Application Questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
