We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Office Administrator to assist our Southern Region Sales Manager and Team. This is a Part Time Position. The successful candidate will be efficient in maintaining Office Operations and Administration, providing support to the broader Southern sales team as well as managing resources and facilities. Accountabilities: Use of Microsoft Office software, Word-processing, Spreadsheets, Presentations and using/maintaining Salesforce.com database. Maintain loading of discounts, deals and products. Maintaining or monitoring calendars. General administrative tasks, including preparing, collating or checking expense claims. Managing non-technical product/service calls from customers and sales representatives and managers. Taking orders from customers and process through to respective wholesaler. Pack and post samples and GWP as requested by Sales Manager. Co-ordinate all representatives requirements as agreed by Sales Manager. Record and distribute minutes of meetings. Handle and follow up customer sales and Service enquiries. Receive, Check and put incoming stock and merchandising material in holding area for representatives. Maintain Records. Skills & Experience: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous Office Management experience (2+ years). Effective Communication skills. Attention to Detail.
