Real Estate Services by Mirvac is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our on-site office in St Leonards. What you will be doing Generating new business leads and building a strong pipeline of potential clients. Providing expert advice and guidance to buyers and sellers on local property market conditions. Conducting client meetings, property appraisals and open home inspections. Negotiating the best possible outcomes for your clients during the sales process. Maintaining detailed records and providing regular progress updates. Contributing to the overall success and growth of the St Leonards office. What we are looking for Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Agent in the real estate industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent negotiation and customer service skills. Knowledge of the local St Leonards property market is preferred. A driven, ambitious and self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets. A valid real estate agent's license or certificate and willingness to obtain any additional certifications.
