Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team supporting the sales efforts for our cutting-edge urology laser products in the medical device sector. In this full-time position, you will work closely with our experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales, build relationships with medical professionals, and contribute to the growth of our business in the urology space. The ideal candidate will have a nursing or medical representative background, strong communication skills, and an interest in transitioning into medical device and consumable sales. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the medical device industry, with the potential for career advancement. What You’ll Be Doing: Collaborating closely with our experienced BDM to roll out our innovative urology laser products to healthcare professionals. Building lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the urology space—physicians, nurses, and medical staff. Driving sales and product adoption by educating and exciting clients about our new, cutting-edge medical solutions. Becoming an expert on our urology devices, helping clients understand their full potential to enhance patient care. What We’re Looking For: A background in nursing, healthcare, or as a medical representative is preferred (but not a dealbreaker if you have a passion for healthcare and medical sales!). Strong communication skills—whether you're educating a physician or connecting with a team, you should love talking about innovative medical solutions. An eagerness to dive into the world of medical device and consumable sales, with a keen interest in the urology field. A motivated and proactive attitude—you’ll need to be self-driven and ready to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge product line! Key Responsibilities: Assist the Business Development Manager in daily sales operations, including managing client communications, preparing sales presentations, and following up on leads. Coordinate product demonstrations, trials, and installations of urology lasers in medical settings. Prepare sales documents as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels in CRM software. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including urologists, surgeons, hospital purchasing departments, and medical facility decision-makers. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and direct outreach. Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption. Qualifications: Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in urology or surgical environments. No prior medical device sales experience required, but an eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude is essential, sales experience in B2B preferred. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with medical professionals. Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Salesforce and CRM tools preferred. A keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A professional and empathetic approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
