Job Description
The purpose of this role is to streamline and optimise sales processes by implementing efficient systems, automating workflows, and ensuring consistent and accurate preparation of quotes and tender documentation. You’ll be part of the team responsible for managing CRM systems, as the underpinning technology to produce documentation to allow our clients to purchase our services. The New Business team coordinates and liaises closely with technical teams to develop the documents. This role is about using automation tooling to reduce the effort and time to reliably produce offers for our clients that adequately define the scope and consider business risks. It is a role that requires you to be highly organised, being prepared for meetings, and following plans to minimise the effort required from the technical teams. You will be accountable for following the plan to ensure we deliver process improvements for Waterline.
