Working closely within a team of five, you will assist in the sales aspect of the business including database management, developing client relationships, face-to-face appointments, and attending inspections. To flourish in this role, you will need to have: Limited real estate sales / administration or Property Management background. Excellent phone manner and communication skills. Attention to detail. A current driver's licence and reliable car. A current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate is a prerequisite. Knowledge of Box and Dice would be highly regarded.
