The Role As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth of our Berwick club while inspiring healthier lifestyles in the community. Your main responsibilities will include: Sales Calls: Connecting with potential members, understanding their fitness goals, and guiding them to the perfect membership option. Community Outreach: Actively promoting our club to the local community through events, networking, strategic outreach, and business partnerships. Social Media: Creating engaging content and leveraging social platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and promote the club. Minimum Requirements: To thrive in this role, you’ll need these required certificates: First Aid CPR Police Check Working with Children Check About You We’re looking for passionate individuals who are ready to be the best in the game! Here’s what you could bring to our club: Sales experience in a similar role is preferred. Proven sales experience and a track record of hitting targets. Outgoing, vibrant, and thrives in a high-energy environment. Comfortable with community engagement and building business-to-business relationships.
