The Role As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our club and the driving force behind its growth. Your main responsibilities will include: Sales Calls: Connecting with potential members, understanding their fitness goals, and guiding them to the perfect membership option. Community Outreach: Actively promoting our club to the local community through events, networking, and strategic outreach. Relationship Building: Developing strong partnerships with local businesses and maintaining positive relationships with current members. Social Media: Creating engaging content and leveraging social platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation. About You This is not your average 9-to-5 role—we want someone who lives and breathes energy, connection, and results. Proven sales experience and a track record of hitting targets. Comfortable with community engagement and building business-to-business relationships.
