The Role As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers who have already expressed interest in a suite of services. These are “warm” inbound leads - people eager to find their dream home and need our client's expertise to guide them. If you excel in a consultative sales environment, love helping people, and want to be part of a company making a real impact, this role is for you! Your role will be to: Build trust and rapport with customers through a consultative sales approach. Consult with potential clients to understand their property goals, challenges, and investment strategies. Manage client objections confidently and provide tailored solutions to help them take the next step. Close deals with professionalism and care, always keeping the customer’s best interests at heart. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. We’re after professionals who have: Proven experience selling buyer’s agent services or similar high-ticket property sales. Deep understanding of the home-buying and investment process. Motivated by results, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skilled communicators who can build relationships quickly and effectively. Empathetic and customer-focused, with a genuine desire to help people achieve their goals.
