You'll have the chance to provide exceptional customer experiences while achieving your sales goals. Due to internal promotions, we have 2 opportunities available, to join our high performing Residential Sales Team within our Residential Aged Care portfolio. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of homes, looking after all their new admissions and ensuring we are achieving high occupancy levels. You will work in a supportive team, and engage with many individuals, both internally and externally daily. You will receive a robust pipeline of enquiries daily, providing you with ample opportunities to engage and sell to individuals and their families. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, their families, social workers and a variety of referrers, responsible for their experience with Catholic Healthcare through to admission. Your exceptional interpersonal skills together with your infectious positive energy, and innate ability to communicate with empathy and influence, will support your success in this integral role. You will be highly organised and be comfortable and confident to have financial conversations and secure the commitment of prospective clients (all training provided). Your proactive approach, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills together with your high attention to detail and ability to work independently, will support your success. Additionally, you will have; Recent demonstrated experience in a similar position where complex levels of advice have been offered Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Excellent time management, prioritisation, and administration skills Proven track record of successful sales achievements and working with KPI’s Knowledge of the Aged Care industry, market trends and competitors - desirable not necessary Ability to take notes whilst talking on the phone and summarise conversations Computer literacy with MS Office, MS Teams Experience working with sales processes and CRM systems Technically strong accounting principles knowledge, financial regulations, and reporting standards Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience in Aged Care/Healthcare/NDIS – Preferred Willingness to obtain a Police Check What we can offer you Not-for-profit tax benefits - pay less tax Fitness Passport - discounted gym benefits Paid Parental leave Paid Family leave, additional days off each year Long Service leave after 5 years A values-based organisation that welcomes applicants from all faiths and backgrounds If you’re looking for a role where you can make a positive impact in a rewarding organisation like ours, we’d love to hear from you.
