The Role As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth of our club while inspiring healthier lifestyles in the community. Your main responsibilities will include: Connecting with potential members, understanding their fitness goals, and guiding them to the perfect membership option. Actively promoting our club to the local community through events, networking, strategic outreach, and business partnerships. Creating engaging content and leveraging social platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and promote the club. Drive membership growth, building strong relationships with potential and existing members, and ensuring an exceptional gym experience. Develop and execute sales strategies, manage leads, conduct tours, and collaborate with the team to achieve revenue goals. Motivate members to join and stay engaged in their health journey. About You This is not your average 9-to-5 role—we want someone who lives and breathes energy, connection, and results. We’re looking for passionate individuals who are ready to be the best in the game! Here’s what you could bring to our club: Sales experience in a similar role is preferred. Proven sales experience and a track record of hitting targets. Extremely outgoing, vibrant, and thrives in a high-energy environment.
