Job Title: Sales Content Writer/Editor Contract Type: Full-time permanent. Grade: RCS J Location: UKI/EMEA Are you a meticulous writer/editor with a passion for refining and enhancing content to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment? Do you have the expertise to prepare in-person sales content that meets business goals and resonates with target audiences? As a Sales Content Writer/Editor, you will be responsible for preparing content that enables our sales/account teams to share information with customers, by sourcing, creating, refining, enhancing, and reviewing the content to ensure it aligns with brand tone and voice. You will ensure content quality is in line with briefs and compliant with standards, protecting DHL Supply Chain's brand and reputation. Key Responsibilities: Content Preparation: Source, create, refine, enhance, and review content for accuracy, quality, and brand alignment. Ensure content aligns with brand tone and voice. Editing and Proofreading: Edit newly created content in line with briefs, including content initially generated from Gen AI. Review and edit content for tone, voice, clarity, flow, structure, use of credible sources, and technical correctness. Proofread to ensure copy is free of typos and errors. Relevance: Ensure content is relevant to different target audiences. Periodically proofread and update existing content to ensure it remains relevant. Content Handover: Handover finished content into design and provide the finished asset to the Asset Librarian for accessibility to all stakeholders. Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure content quality is in line with content briefs and compliant with standards. Apply due diligence to ensure DHL Supply Chain is not exposed to any content that could have implications for its brand or reputation. Metadata Management: Provide descriptive and structural metadata for each asset created. What We Need from You: Proven experience in writing sales content that enables sales teams to sell products/services. Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in the use of tools like GenAI/ChatGPT. Ability to understand and interpret content briefs and ensure delivered content meets business goals. Experience in aligning to brand guidelines and ensuring content consistency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working across diverse teams and stakeholders. Organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
