The Role – Sales Development Representative in Sydney and Perth Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional ready to play a key role in the growth of an innovative company? Logic Health is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Sydney and Perth to support the national sales team to drive business growth. This pivotal role involves engaging with sales prospects, warming leads and building relationships to support the Business Development Managers (BDMs) to secure new customers. A fantastic role for someone with experience in outbound sales and/or occupational health, looking to build their career in sales and grow into a future BDM. Key Responsibilities: Cold calling and lead generation Research and building relationships with potential customers Support in the development of sales proposals and quotes Collaborate with the national team to drive end-to-end business development Participate in industry events to expand the network Ensure successful customer onboarding with top-notch support and customer care What we’re looking for: Previous experience in outbound sales (preferred, but not required) Previous experience in occupational healthcare (preferred, but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Driven by meeting and exceeding targets Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently Ability to warm up customers and develop relationships Attention to detail and organisational skills Passion for promoting healthcare services Why Join Us?
