About the role: The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for enhancing collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams. The role involves facilitating sales onboarding and training programs, implementing sales process improvement strategies, and driving measurable results through data-driven metrics. This is a hands-on role requiring a strategic mindset and attention to detail to support the growth and efficiency of the sales team. What you'll do: Build Enablement Programs: Create and roll out strategies to boost the business development team's performance. Cover sales people onboarding, training and ongoing development, with clear certification processes that are followed. Streamline Sales Processes: Look at what's working (and what's not) in sales processes, then tweak things like Hubspot use, workflows, and metrics to make them smoother and more effective. Keep Processes Documented: Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of sales processes. Sync training materials with any changes to keep everything aligned. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing and Products teams to make sure enablement plans fit business goals and deliver a consistent message to the market. Measure What Matters: Track how enablement programs perform, dig into the data, and suggest changes based on what works. Embed KPIs: Set clear KPIs and reporting frameworks that slot seamlessly into the sales rhythm and are easy to stick to. Create Training Materials: Put together and update useful content like presentations, playbooks, and guides to support sales and customer success teams with product knowledge and processes. Support Sales Teams: Be on hand to help sales teams tackle challenges, coach them, and provide the tools they need to hit their targets. Improve Data Quality: Set standards for capturing data so it's always accurate, complete, and reliable across systems. Qualifications and Skills: 2 years experience in a sales enablement, revenue operations, data analyst or similar role. Ability to synthesize complex information and drive data-informed decisions. Skilled in creating and delivering engaging training programs. Deep understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and workflows, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines effectively.
