Sales Enablement and Channel Manager (JOB-321653) Location: Warriewood, AustraliaSector: ITSalary: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per annum We are looking for an awesome channel marketing manager to join the product team at CommBox. You will be passionate about technology and someone who loves working with our resellers and distributors to execute awesome marketing campaigns. This role sits across marketing and sales and is pivotal in helping our extended sales force to be successful. CommBox is a cool innovative tech company located on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We create awesome interactive products (hardware and software) for all types of organisations including education, government, and business. CommBox is used in schools across Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia. CommBox is the interactive screen of choice for Defence and Department of Education in most Australian states. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and sales objectives. Serve as the primary liaison between sales, marketing, and our reseller and distribution partners to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach, including creating annual joint marketing strategies. Develop a deep relationship with marketing teams within Distributors and Resellers. Facilitate productive vendor partner (Jabra, Microsoft, Zoom, Poly, etc.) engagement to leverage opportunities for co-marketing and joint sales initiatives. Create and maintain a suite of sales enablement resources, including pitch decks, case studies, product sheets, and training materials. Conduct regular training sessions with sales teams and partners to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes to boost sales productivity. Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to align sales enablement activities with ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives. Take ownership of CommBox Tradeshows and Events and work closely with the Head of Customer Success & Experience to deliver exceptional events and experiences. Qualifications Proven experience in sales enablement, sales, or marketing, preferably within the technology sector. Strong understanding of sales processes and the reseller/distribution channels. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging content and training materials. Experience in partner relationship management and engagement. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and on brand. CommBox offers flexible working arrangements. The rest of the time we need to be working closely with the hardware products we are creating. CommBox is located in Warriewood, so ideally, you need to live on the Northern Beaches or Northern Suburbs of Sydney to make travelling to the office easy.
