Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities in the government and defence markets, contributing to national priorities. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders, including technology providers and system integrators, to deliver tailored solutions. Expert Insights: Navigate Canberra’s complex government procurement processes and develop strategies to meet client requirements effectively. Sales Excellence: Drive pipeline management and achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring the highest standards of reporting and forecasting. About You You are a proactive sales professional who deeply understands the Canberra government landscape. Your ability to navigate complex data challenges and provide innovative solutions sets you apart.What We’re Looking For Experience: Proven track record in software sales, particularly within the Government and Defence sector in the Canberra market. Network: Established relationships within Canberra’s Government and Defence market. Technical Acumen: Understanding of data analytics, cybersecurity, or related fields. Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Citizenship and Clearance: Australian Citizenship is required for this role, with current Baseline or higher clearance an advantage. Why This Role?
