About You As a Sales Leader, you'll be the backbone of our customer experience and sales performance, ensuring our store runs smoothly and our team delivers exceptional results every day! A sales-driven leader, passionate about supporting your team to meet and exceed daily sales targets. Hands-on with staff coaching, providing daily feedback, guidance, and support to improve performance. A strong communicator who ensures a positive and motivating work environment. Committed to upholding customer service excellence and creating memorable experiences for every shopper. Skilled in daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service standards. Able to work weekends as part of your regular schedule. The Role As our new Greenacre Store Leader, you'll support the Sales Manager and your team in driving exceptional sales results, while overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth store functionality and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Your mission: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to crush daily and weekly targets, monitor, analyse sales performance and implement winning strategies for unstoppable success! Ensure the store always looks flawless and operations run seamlessly, from counter service to smooth shift transitions, delivering excellence at every turn. Help oversee the daily operations to make sure every detail, from rosters to visual merchandising and inventory, runs like a well-oiled machine, delivering top-tier customer service every time.
