Join a leading company in ophthalmic imaging devices and software, and play a key role in improving clinical outcomes through sales, service, and education.We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager with a strong industry and/or technical background to join our Sydney-based team.What You’ll Do: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including ophthalmology practices, hospitals, and research institutions. Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), providing expert consultation and support for innovative products. Deliver compelling technical product demonstrations and presentations. Provide exceptional customer service, technical support, and training. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Act as the subject matter expert for our imaging solutions. What We’re Looking For: A bachelor’s degree in a clinical or technical field (e.g., orthoptics, optometry, biomedical engineering) preferred. Experience in optometry, orthoptics, ophthalmology, or a related field is highly desirable. Technical sales experience in the medical device or ophthalmic industry is a plus. Strong IT skills and a digital-first mindset. A hands-on approach—while you don’t need to be an expert technician, mechanical aptitude is a bonus. An independent and proactive sales professional who enjoys engaging with customers in the field, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth through consultative selling. A resourceful problem-solver who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, takes initiative to find solutions, and thrives on helping customers overcome challenges.
