Uplifting Solutions division is dedicated to enhancing employee productivity, health, and comfort, with a major focus on large and corporate clients such as Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, Telstra, PwC, and so on. Primarily focused on innovative products, niche, and personalised services, we create ergonomic work environments that promote well-being and performance along with detailed requirements focusing on high-spec functionality. Uplifting is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to work with the National Sales Manager and JasonL Pty Ltd. team. A growth role to add to JasonL's large national sales team. This is a full time permanent position located in Sydney at either Smithfield or Alexandria. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying their niche needs, and recommending tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements. Key Responsibilities: Revenue growth: Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and expand the company's presence in target markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, support and drive the sales results to exceed KPIs. Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Pitching and Presenting: Compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to communicate the company's value proposition and solutions to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and client presentations, outlining recommended solutions and pricing. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment. Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients, showcasing its features and capabilities in a way that resonates with their technical understanding and requirements. Work closely with technical and operational teams to understand how the product can be customised or tailored to meet specific customer requirements. Collaborate with customers to identify and propose solutions that align with their technical needs and objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Attributes: Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within commercial furniture, ergonomics, or related industries. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Develop a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the product, including how it works, its underlying technology, and its compatibility with other products or solutions. Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, propose solutions, and close sales. Ability to articulate value: Translate technical details into compelling value propositions that resonate with clients. Communicate the benefits of the product clearly and concisely, highlighting how it addresses customer needs and pain points. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in CRM software, such as Pronto, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Hubspot and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or presentations. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's in any discipline; certification/degree preferred. What's in Store?
