Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role focuses on supporting the aircraft sales process while also contributing to marketing and administrative functions. Working closely with the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day tasks involved in buying and selling helicopters, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and helping to promote Heliflite’s services through marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Sales Manager with administrative tasks related to the buying and selling of helicopters. Design and create marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, and online content. Coordinate the logistics of importing and exporting aircraft into and out of Australia, including organizing shipping containers and handling documentation. Manage aircraft registration and deregistration processes. Take incoming sales calls, provide customer service, and respond to inquiries regarding aircraft sales. Provide support at the front desk with general reception duties as needed. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations. Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organised with a keen attention to detail. Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Thrive in an ever-changing workplace, able to adapt and take on new challenges. Experience in sales or sales support. Experience in marketing, including designing and creating promotional materials. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) to design marketing materials. Familiarity with Canva for creating graphics and content.
