Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. Manage and process listings, sales, invoices, and client records with accuracy. Coordinate schedules, calendars, home open runs, meetings, and correspondence for the sales team. Develop and maintain monthly sales reports to track performance metrics. Liaise with clients to address inquiries and provide exceptional service. Implement streamlined systems and processes to enhance productivity. Support marketing efforts by coordinating property listings and promotional materials. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Requirements: Proven experience in sales administration or as an office manager within the real estate or related industry with prior understanding/knowledge of industry-related matters. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft and Google Office Suite, and familiarity with real estate management tools is preferred. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for client interaction and team coordination. A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Qualifications: Proven experience in administration within the real estate industry.
