Liaise with production, finance, and logistics teams to track orders and tackle any arising issues. Resolve order discrepancies and delays in collaboration with relevant departments. Sales Support: Develop and maintain sales reports, forecasts, KPIs, and management dashboards. Manage the leads process—from qualification to allocation—and ensure successful sales outcomes. Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and customer documentation. Respond to inquiries from customers and partners regarding order status, product details, and delivery timelines. CRM and Database Maintenance: Maintain and enhance customer and partner data within the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and assist the sales team with CRM tasks. Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in sales operation processes to boost efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams to optimise workflows and eliminate bottlenecks. Adopt best practices in collaboration with sales, operations, and finance teams to improve process efficiency. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures. Manage contracts, agreements, and other sales documentation, ensuring secure and organised storage. Customer Coordination: Serve as the key point of contact for customers, addressing post-sales concerns. Coordinate with quality and service teams to resolve customer complaints effectively. What you'll bring to the role: At least 2–3 years in a sales support or back-office role, preferably within the manufacturing or renewable energy sectors. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP tools (e.g., MS Business Central, Wiise, SAP, Oracle). Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate effectively in a high-paced environment. High level of detail orientation and organisational ability. Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to handle pressure.
