Sales Planning and Operations Specialist GEELY AUTO INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION (GAIC) is a first-level organization of Geely Automobile Group. The star products of Coolray, Emgrand, and Tugella are widely welcomed by consumers in different markets. Your main responsibilities will include: Manage ‘Short-Term Sales Planning’ process on a monthly basis, including sales and stock holding forecasts by model line as well as reporting actuals to HQ. Assist with GEELY sales tactical budget, stock pipeline forecasting, campaign proposals, dealer payments, dealer recharges, dealer performance bonuses, and individual support requests, as well as undertaking feasibility studies as required. Support the preparation of Planning Rounds on varying scenarios by using available information from internal sources like Product, Marketing, and GEELY HQ. Produce accurate Stock and Sales Run Down Report (SSRD) and detailed stock reports, distributing them to the sales team in a timely manner. Analyze monthly stock and sales volumes against Budget and KPIs, including monthly and ad-hoc reporting to GEELY HQ. Prepare weekly/monthly sales and stock reports, highlighting shortfalls to Management and the field force. Provide relevant support to Management in executing retail/sales campaigns, incentive programs, stock holding shortfalls, and other related initiatives to drive sales. Monitor weekly inventory levels and mix, determining course of action with Sales Planning. Monitor all factory orders and reconcile actual production with orders placed, resolving any exceptions. Monitor GEELY stock aging and prepare reports for Management and Field Force. Place orders on Geely systems after approval by brand management, including managing the fulfillment of production filling each month. Manage wholesales planning process on a monthly basis, including wholesale forecasts by model line in cooperation with Finance and Logistics department. Manage vehicle allocations and ordering process. Consolidate data and prepare orders for approval by brand management. Job Requirements: 1.3+ years of relevant experience in an automotive National Sales Company. Strong financial literacy with practical analytical and problem-solving skills with an operational focus. High attention to detail and time management skills. Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Articulate communication skills and ability to build rapport with Dealer staff. Advanced levels in all Microsoft software packages and BI tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
