To learn more about who we are and what we do, visit . Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative - Industrial Products to lead our B2B initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B sales to the large-scale packaged food manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Craft and execute effective sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets and expand market share. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure profitable deals. Organising and conducting demonstrations: Interacting with NPD chefs and organising demonstrations of the company's ingredients and offering solutions to customers at the company's Innovation Centre or customer's NPD kitchens. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients and distributors. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management. Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (or 5 years experience to substitute the formal qualification). Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience in Industrial Sales or similar capacity, preferably with large-scale packaged food manufacturers. Proficiency in any of the CRMs. Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
