Sikla Oceania, part of the Sikla Group established in 1967, has engineered and designed for projects supplied in Australia and New Zealand. Sikla products comprise of premium modular steel framing solutions and pipe supports for industries such as Mining, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Data Centre and Utilities. The successful candidate will join the growing Sikla team based in Canning Vale, WA and become a key member within the Supply Chain and Marketing departments. Main objectives will be to increase Sikla's brand awareness in Oceania and help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation. Duties and key responsibilities: Working closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute campaigns to support the Oceania sales team. Reviewing data analytics and reporting to identify customer preferences and inform advertising campaigns. Coordinating the production of events (external exhibitions, staff events, etc), marketing materials (catalogues, brochures, promotional items, etc), thought leadership pieces (content) and digital channels in a timely and cost-effective manner. Coordinating promotion on digital channels including Social Media (focusing on LinkedIn), Website, Blog, internal platforms to ensure internal stakeholder engagement. Monitoring the digital performance of existing channels and researching the potential of new channels based on market focus. Monitor efficiency of marketing processes and procedures for feedback to management. Advising on all elements of marketing, particularly sales promotion, sales support and distribution channels. Your profile: Bachelor of Business with a focus on marketing (preferential) Being proactive, self-motivated and commercially driven Good research skills and attention to detail Proactive in Social Media (preferable experience with LinkedIn) Interest in content writing Experience with Hubspot (preferential) Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (preferential) Competency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams) Good organisation and time management Able to work autonomously and within a team. Flexible and adaptable. SAP Business One experience preferred. Motivated and self-driven.
