We’re rapidly expanding with exciting plans for international growth. Our mission is simple: to create safe, innovative charging experiences while empowering our venue partners to generate new revenue. About the Role As our Sales & Partnerships Manager , you’ll be at the forefront of Fluro’s growth strategy. You’ll drive new business by securing partnerships with high-profile venues and cultivating lasting relationships with key stakeholders. This role is all about sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and creative deal-making . You’ll work closely with the founders to close opportunities, pitch Fluro’s value, and create a win-win for every venue in our network. Key Responsibilities Own the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals. Research and approach new venues and groups in the hospitality, transport, sports, and healthcare spaces. Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that highlight Fluro’s benefits and competitive edge. Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with venue owners and managers. Negotiate and secure contracts that drive revenue for both Fluro and its partners. Identify and capitalise on opportunities for national partnerships with venue groups. Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets. Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that generate inbound leads. Track performance metrics and use data to refine and optimise your approach. Brand Advocacy: Act as the face of Fluro at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and venue needs to position Fluro as the market leader. What You’ll Bring Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing deals. Relationship Builder: Strong ability to build trust and rapport with venue owners and stakeholders. Strategic Thinker: Able to identify opportunities and craft win-win solutions. Self-Starter: Motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in pitching and presenting. Requirements 3+ years in sales, partnerships, or business development (hospitality experience a plus). Knowledge of the venue industry, including hospitality, events, or entertainment spaces. A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple opportunities. Willingness to travel locally and occasionally interstate to meet partners. Why Join Fluro?
