As a Design/Sales Consultant, you will work with qualified leads generated by an innovative marketing campaign, supported by our internal sales and administration teams. This means you’ll step into a role with leads at the ready, minimizing cold outreach and maximizing your potential for success. You will be based out of our Albion Park office, serving clients throughout the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions. While most leads are provided, there will also be some outreach to builders and other trade contacts. Key Responsibilities: A customer-first approach to every interaction Strong work ethic and a drive to excel A polished, professional appearance and punctuality A proven track record in direct selling (highly regarded) Experience in the window furnishings industry (desirable but not essential) Self-motivation with the ability to convert leads into sales Strong negotiation and communication skills Computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn industry-specific software Excellent attention to detail, including precise measuring skills High level of personal presentation and manners What We Provide: Sales Support : You’ll have the backing of a professional internal sales and administration team, ensuring smooth handling of leads, follow-ups, and customer inquiries, allowing you to focus on selling.
