With a strong presence in the market, they are committed to delivering outstanding service and continuous improvement. To support their strategic growth and ensure they remain at the forefront of the industry, they are now looking for a talented Salesforce Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The Role: As a Salesforce Business Analyst , you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience, improving platform functionality, and driving process efficiencies. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver solutions that align with the company’s vision. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders to understand customer experience goals and process improvement initiatives. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Salesforce platform and customer experience. Design and recommend Salesforce solutions that enhance user engagement and streamline business processes. Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Lead the implementation of Salesforce enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes. Continuously monitor and analyse Salesforce performance, proposing improvements to optimise platform usage. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally in a retail or customer-centric environment. Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality. Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with customer journey mapping and enhancing customer touchpoints is a plus. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) are desirable.
