Job Description
Salesforce Business Analyst (12-Month Contract - Hybrid) Are you an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a background in financial services? Our client, a well-known financial company, is looking for a talented individual to join their team for a 12-month contract with the potential for extension. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home, but candidates must be able to attend the office 2 days per week, ideally Tuesdays and Thursdays. Key Responsibilities: Lead analysis and design activities for Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud). Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, particularly Katzion, to deliver innovative solutions. Write clear and comprehensive technical documentation. Carry out solution design and architecture tasks to align with business goals and technical requirements. Support the implementation of integrations with Mulesoft. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Strong experience working with Salesforce, particularly in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Proven track record of working within the financial services sector (this is desirable). Experience working with vendors. Strong technical documentation skills and comfort with solution design and architecture tasks. Candidates for this role must be located in Sydney, NSW and hold full Australian work rights.
