Add expected salary to your profile for insights Seeking a Salesforce Delivery Lead/Scrum Master to shape our future customer assist program! 12-month FTC with potential for permanent Hybrid/remote work conditions About the role We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Lead – Salesforce, to leverage on your extensive Salesforce expertise that will shape the future of our Customer Assist platform. As a key member of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive transformational projects that impact our members. Your responsibilities will include: Daily Scrum:Facilitate the daily stand-up meeting to keep the team informed and on track. Sprint Planning:Help the team plan sprints by ensuring a clear understanding of the product backlog and sprint goals. Sprint Review:Facilitate the sprint review to showcase the completed work to stakeholders and gather feedback. Sprint Retrospective:Facilitate the sprint retrospective to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Coaching and Mentoring:Team Coaching: Coach the team in self-organization, self-management, and effective collaboration. Organizational Coaching: Help the organization understand and adopt Scrum principles and practices. Product Owner Support: Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-maintained and prioritized. Removing Impediments:Obstacle Identification: Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress. Communication: Facilitate communication between the team, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. Conflict Resolution: Help the team resolve conflicts constructively and efficiently. About you Your success in this role will be driven by your proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to successfully deliver multiple, complex initiatives in the finance or banking sector underpinned by your exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. You’ll thrive in Agile and Waterfall Project Management environments and be comfortable leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results. Your outstanding influencing, negotiation, and communication skills will set you apart as a key leader in driving success. We also seek: Proven estimating and resource management skills Broad technical understanding of banking technology including application development, infrastructure management, cyber security and integration Experience using JIRA to manage activities and track progress Experience establishing working groups and governance mechanisms Experience developing metrics, status tracking, and progress reporting Outstanding influencing, negotiation and communication skills.
