Salesforce Marketing Cloud SpecialistSunshine Coast – QLDPermanent – $90,000 – $110,000 We are partnering with a global brand in the retail space who is in hypergrowth with rapid expansion in Australia, New Zealand, USA, and Europe. They are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to take ownership of their platform and help unleash the full potential of marketing cloud throughout the business. The role will have you working with the business to understand department needs and messaging to get to the audience, understand the customer and data available, and provide ideas on the best approach to target the audience and tailor campaigns and journeys accordingly. Skills and Qualifications 3+ years’ experience with the Marketing Cloud interface, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio. Experience in designing and optimising customer journeys based on user behaviour and engagement metrics. Support the Marketing Campaign Co-ordinator to create and execute automated marketing, as well as campaign and promotion based communications across email, SMS, and social media using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools. Knowledge of data extensions, segmentation, and audience targeting within Marketing Cloud to effectively personalise journeys. Experience with AMPscript or SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript) for dynamic content and automation tasks. Ability to analyse campaign performance, generate reports and present suggested data-driven options to inform decisions to refine strategies. Understanding of API integrations and how to connect Marketing Cloud with other platforms (e.g., CRM systems). Knowledge of deliverability, A/B testing, and compliance regulations (like GDPR and CAN-SPAM). Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaign workflows, processes, and performance metrics. Additional Responsibilities Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices for utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud features. Work with Marketing and CRM, as well as agencies collectively on programs of work. You can work in a team progressing work to agreed business goals and timeframes. Work through technical and business problems and resolve blockers to keep program on track.
