This position offers an exciting opportunity to expand your technical knowledge while honing your business acumen. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality, tailored Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation and innovation, fostering long-term relationships with our customers. This full-time role is based in Brisbane or Melbourne, offering a hybrid work model that balances team and customer needs. What You’ll Be Doing on a Daily Basis Collaborate with the technical lead to define technical specifications (e.g., custom development, system integrations). Own the overall technical design and recommend best practice solutions based on customer business needs. Assess the technical depth of projects and ensure appropriate resources are allocated. Work effectively both individually and with SalesFix, customers, and team members to achieve customer satisfaction and success. Take accountability for the successful completion of all assigned project aspects. Facilitate meetings effectively, showcasing brainstorming and consensus-building skills while interacting with executive-level stakeholders. Delegate tasks and oversee quality outcomes with the offshore development team. Ensure documentation and auditability are maintained at the highest standards. Support pre-sales engagements by articulating and accurately estimating technical requirements. Manage the end-to-end development process for projects. About You An impressive portfolio of Salesforce certifications. Strong ability to manage and set expectations with developers. Exceptional business analysis and/or consulting experience.
