We are seeking experienced Salesforce System Administrators (Senior and Mid-level) to join our dynamic team and contribute to high-impact Salesforce platform support and development projects. This role offers the chance to work on innovative Salesforce solutions, enhancing the performance of our clients' systems and providing technical leadership in a growing team. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Platform Support : Provide extensive support for the Salesforce platform, ensuring its effective performance and functionality for the users. System Rules & Configuration : Develop, maintain, and configure system rules, automation, and business processes within Salesforce to ensure business needs are met. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution : Utilize strong analytical skills to debug and resolve issues, ensuring smooth operation of the Salesforce platform. User Support & Training : Provide functional support to Salesforce users, addressing queries and training users to maximize their platform usage. Software Development Life Cycle : Oversee the management and implementation of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Salesforce enhancements, ensuring all processes align with best practices. Third-Party Management : Manage third-party support providers against agreed service levels to ensure service quality and platform reliability. Agentforce Deployment : Build and deploy Agentforce Agents as needed, contributing to system integration and performance. Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are aligned with business goals and delivered in a timely manner. Ideal Candidate: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator ) are highly desirable. Extensive experience in Salesforce platform support and configuration, with a strong focus on developing and maintaining system rules. Significant technical experience in debugging issues and resolving complex problems on the Salesforce platform. Proven experience in managing the SDLC , including working with third-party support providers and ensuring compliance with service levels. Solid understanding of Agentforce Agents deployment and other relevant third-party applications within the Salesforce ecosystem. Strong analytical skills with a focus on user needs, system functionality, and process optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
