Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally – that’s one million salons and a billion-dollar company. We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster. The Opportunity The goal of this role is to help both Phorest and our clients to grow. We take a client-centred approach with a focus on helping our clients to succeed through the adoption of our comprehensive features. In order to achieve that, our Salon Business Advisors are responsible for proactively managing both inbound and outbound sales leads, demonstrating our salon software product, providing an outstanding customer experience, and helping our new and existing clients to grow their businesses by utilising our products to their full potential. What You'll Do Achieve sales targets, which may include upselling of specific products. Proactively manage all leads and sales administration to ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and prospective clients. Collaborate with the wider sales team, local and global teams for collective success. Conduct successful software demonstrations for prospective clients and partners. Drive positive customer relationships for the long term, through a high-integrity approach to sales and creating win-win situations for both clients and Phorest through new feature adoption. Provide feedback and issue documentation to support, education, onboarding and product teams. Attend trade shows and industry events as required. Who You Are & How You Work You're a self-starter & autonomous - able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a flexible environment. You're curious - passionate about making our clients more successful and curious to understand their business and learn about their motivations for moving software. You're about consultative selling - you have a partnership approach to sales and interest in enabling success for both the client and Phorest. You enjoy customer-focused communication - you have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. You're skilled in resolving issues, collaborating with others, and meeting deadlines. You have impeccable attention to detail and are adaptable - you're detail-oriented, flexible, and able to manage sales administration and re-prioritise tasks based on changing business needs. Tech savvy - you have familiarity with Salesforce, CRMs, and virtual meeting tools like Zoom and Google Meet. You have industry experience in the Hair & Beauty industry or with Cloud POS, Salon Management Software or sales within a SaaS business. Benefits Flexibility is key at Phorest.
