Excellent knowledge of S4 FICO table structures/changes in comparison to ECC. Working knowledge of Selective Data Transition or near zero downtime methodology from other migration projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address data migration challenges effectively. Ability to work with large data sets is a must. Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process, utilizing advanced spreadsheet skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation. Collaborate with business users and functional teams to gather requirements, map data, and validate migration results. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders across different levels. Ability to effectively document various migration activities and cross-train team members is a must.
