THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Lead to join our newly established regional model, supporting our South-East QLD Water business across a diverse range of capital works projects . This role is critical to ensuring schedules align with strategic objectives, collaborating with Program and Delivery Managers to meet goals and mitigate risks, and contributing to competitive schedules for bids and tenders. Using advanced tools like Power BI, you will monitor performance and provide insights for decision-making. Leading a team of schedulers, this role also involves promoting a high-performance culture while upholding Zero Harm principles. ABOUT YOU As a subject matter expert, you will leverage your extensive experience to guide, support, and mentor a team of program schedulers across high-value projects, ranging from $1 million to $250 million. Your strong leadership and technical expertise will be key in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. Your ability to foster collaboration, drive accountability, and provide insightful direction will be crucial to the success of the projects and development of your team. Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business Management, or Project Management. Extensive experience using Primavera P6 (or MS Projects) to manage complex schedules in the civil engineering or construction delivery space. Experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects and a track record of successful project delivery. Decisive, technical, and analytical skills, especially in complex and time-sensitive environments. Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools (highly desirable).
