Goodwin is looking for a Scheduling and Workforce Planning Manager to join our Home Care team. Salary And Benefits $120K (including super) + NFP Benefits Discounted Private Health Insurance Discounted Gym Membership Key Responsibilities Workforce Forecasting: Analyse data to predict staffing needs and adjust plans as business demands evolve. Scheduling Management: Develop and manage employee schedules to meet operational needs while balancing budget, preferences, and legal requirements. Optimisation: Identify opportunities to reduce costs, maximise productivity, and enhance workforce utilisation. Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, HR, and People teams to align workforce planning with operational goals. Compliance: Ensure all scheduling practices meet labour law requirements and regulatory standards. Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of schedulers to foster growth, performance, and innovation. What We're Looking For Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, operations management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Proven experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or resource management in a dynamic environment. Skills: Expertise in workforce management tools, advanced Excel, and data visualisation platforms. Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and drive change in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge: Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance, and best practices in workforce management.
