Details - School Executive Officer Allied Health School Executive Officer Allied Health Job No.: 568445 Work type: Continuing About the Role As the School Executive Officer, you will work closely with the Dean, Associate Deans, and Senior Manager to drive key initiatives across teaching, learning, research, engagement, and administration. Your role will be integral in ensuring smooth operations within the school, managing academic workforce allocations, and providing strategic support to leadership. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level coordination and support for implementing the School’s strategic plan. Apply theoretical knowledge and policy expertise to solve problems and develop innovative solutions. Manage multiple stakeholders across different teams to achieve strategic objectives. Lead research, evaluation, and data interpretation to inform decision-making. Identify opportunities for change management and process improvements. Develop and provide advice on budgets, program objectives, and organizational structures. About You We are looking for a proactive and highly organized individual with a degree and at least four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, training, and knowledge. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to interpret and analyse data to support decision-making.
