School Grounds Service Officer - Holy Spirit School, BRAY PARK Estimated start date: Commencing February 2025Position tenure: PermanentWeeks worked: School term weeks only (holidays unpaid)Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 38 hours per weekSalary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 3 - $33.17 per hour (School Salary Scale) /(Services Salary Scale) Employment conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement Holy Spirit School is a Catholic primary school situated in the northern Brisbane suburb of Bray Park. It has a student population of 585 students and prides itself on delivering high quality, inclusive education. Our motto of Heart, Mind, Spirit permeates throughout the school and in the everyday happenings in classroom and community activities. Duties may include but are not limited to: Delivering a range of services for the upkeep, maintenance and development of school grounds. Previous experience in a groundskeeping role, ideally in a school environment, although desirable, is not a requirement. The Groundsperson will display strong customer service skills and a good work ethic, seeking to achieve quality work whilst maintaining the highest level of safety.
