As our School Partnership Manager, you'll be the go-to person for school principals, building strong partnerships and working with our Operations team to ensure our programs run like a well-oiled machine! The Role: In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of education stakeholders and build positive relationships that ensure the success of our programs. You'll be responsible for keeping the communication channels flowing between schools and TeamKids. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain positive relationships with school principals and other key stakeholders. Act as a key liaison between schools and TeamKids operations. Manage communication channels between schools and TeamKids, ensuring that programs meet the needs of schools and families. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the education sector and relevant policy changes. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, working with schools and education stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Sound knowledge of the education sector and relevant policies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
