We’re seeking Security Officers to oversee the safety and security of our site while providing exceptional assistance to staff, visitors, and contractors. Your Role As a Security Officer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations by performing key duties such as customer service, site safety, responding to security incidents, and delivering first aid when required. You’ll also play an important part in fostering a safe, supportive, and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, guidance, and support to all site users, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and care. First Aid: Respond and administer first aid when required, coordinate with emergency services as needed, and maintain accurate incident documentation. Opening and Closing: Securely open/close the site at designated times, ensuring all safety measures are met. Reliable and flexible: Responsible, always on time, taking ownership of your allocated site and tasks. Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and calls for assistance, providing clear and effective solutions. Site Safety: Conduct routine checks, identify safety hazards, escort staff when required and report any irregularities or security breaches. About You We’re looking for a proactive and approachable professional who values safety, security, and exceptional service. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential for success in this role. A valid NSW Class 1A Security Licence. Current First Aid Certification (HLTAID003/ HTLTAID011). A Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance. A valid Driver’s Licence. Why Join Us?
