About the Role Security Engineering serves as the primary contact for security advice and cyber security assistance. Our Platform Engineering team within Security Engineering is crucial in maintaining our security applications on a robust platform, ensuring that our processes are user-friendly for enterprise-wide integration and consumption. The team's objective is to enhance the adoption of security tools through extreme ease of use and self-service wherever possible. Role Type: 12 Month Fixed TermRole Location: MelbourneWork Hours: Full Time What will your day look like? As a Security Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and integrating various security applications with other enterprise systems. You must demonstrate flexibility in working with both cloud-based and on-premise applications, always keeping security in mind. The Platform Security Engineer ensures that security solutions and their supporting infrastructure are fit for purpose and continuously developed through improved automation of key integration points. Additionally, the engineer enhances and maintains the configuration, integration, and upkeep of our security technology, benefiting from working on new projects and consolidating security engineering platforms. What will you bring? Skilled in creating pipelines using CodeFresh, Cloud Build or similar leading CI/CD tool Able to work with containers and their management on Kubernetes Able to use APIs to get and parse response for various actions Experienced in Windows server and knowledge of PowerShell/Bash Scripting Good understanding of network architecture e.g. with NACL, Routes, Firewalls. Experience of working with AWS or GCP Significant scripting knowledge with Python or other programming language Awareness of using one or more of the following security tools – Checkmarx, Blackduck, Tenable or leading SAST, DAST market tools or other security scanning tools Experience of integration and automation with code scanning tools with application code base Your Career at ANZ (AU) Our purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive.
