We're seeking a Security Supervisor to join our team to support our client site in Melbourne's bustling CBD. About the Role As a Security Supervisor, you'll oversee a small team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily security functions across a contemporary corporate site. You'll take charge of: Delivering detailed incident and shift reports. Conducting routine site inspections to maintain safety and security. Leading, mentoring, and supervising a small team to ensure high performance. Managing entry and exit points effectively. Vigilantly observing activities to identify potential risks. Delivering exceptional service to clients, visitors, and stakeholders. This role operates Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, offering an excellent work-life balance. Why Join Us?
