Location: DOCKLANDS, VIC, AU, 3008 Employment Type: Permanent Full Time The opportunity to join our team Segment Marketing Manager Engagement & Retention is responsible for leading and delivering a range of marketing strategies and initiatives to support the engagement and retention of members across all brands. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute plans to deepen member relationships, with a focus on engagement, retention, and personalized campaigns across all life stages and brands. Oversee the design and implementation of programs targeting member needs, leveraging internal and external resources for successful delivery. Execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media, optimizing touchpoints to drive engagement and retention across diverse member segments. Build insights-driven programs, analyse member triggers and pain points, and adopt a test/learn approach for ongoing refinement. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, manage budgets, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and ensure compliance with marketing regulations. What you will bring: Degree in Marketing/Business with proven experience in financial services marketing, focusing on B2C audiences in banking, wealth, and superannuation. Deep understanding of the financial services landscape and experience in customer-contact strategy, segmentation, and campaign execution. Strong analytical abilities, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective strategy implementation. Skilled in relationship building, influencing stakeholders, and guiding creative and digital teams for impactful marketing initiatives. Results-oriented with a focus on data-driven decisions, measurement, risk management, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a strong delivery focus.
